Violations will invite termination and legal action under IT Act, 2000, and cyber laws.

4. Partner Acknowledgment

We use data partners who collect job listings under licensed or permitted access. We acknowledge their contribution and inform them directly.

5. Content Accuracy

We do not verify the authenticity of listings. Users must do their own due diligence. We are not liable for expired links, fraudulent jobs, or inaccurate descriptions.

6. Disclaimer & CSL Addition

• We act only as an aggregator
• We direct users to third-party listings
• We do not guarantee job success or accuracy
• We operate under fair use with Credit, Source, Link (CSL) acknowledgment

7. Warranties

The platform is provided as-is with no warranties or guarantees of performance.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Missed opportunities
• Data loss
• Third-party fraud or scams
• Security breaches beyond our control

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Job Mato for any misuse, rights violation, or legal breach.

10. Modification

We may modify features or suspend the platform at any time without notice.

11. Termination

We may restrict access to users who misuse the platform or violate these terms.

12. Jurisdiction

All disputes are governed under Indian law and subject to New Delhi courts.
